About this coinHistory

Denver produced over 7.13 billion cents in 1994, bearing the "D" mintmark. The combined Philadelphia and Denver output exceeded 13.6 billion that year, reflecting strong economic growth during the mid-1990s expansion. The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) took effect in January, reshaping trade between the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The 1994-D is one of the most common dates in the Memorial cent series. It is available in all grades at face value or slightly above. Collectors add it without effort.
